What is it?

I had some problems with my old windows 7 home basic 64 bits edition a few of days ago so I re installed it ... after that re install I had to re install all my drivers aswell but, some of those did not work, such as my video card driver. I have been getting some problems with my gta, it is lagging, not so bad but I can notice the difference between this time and when I used to had gta in my old windows. I am currently playing on 60 or 70 fps which is really bad to me because I got used to 100 stable fps. 

My video card is a ATI HD Radeon 4200, my OS is a Windows 7 64 bits edition. So, if anyone here can help me with this, I would really appreciate that.

I won't play till I could get this issue solved ;s

You're complaining about 60 fps....... while others can hardly get 40 fps after closing explorer.exe, using gamebooster, closing xfire and mumble, using low resolution, using gtashrinker, and using SAMP fps increaser, not to mention closing all other applications running, and also closing the Anti-Virus...

seriously... is getting 60-70 fps your only problem? :|

Man I also tried to reinstall windows last night and failed hard in trying to install win7x64 from a USB it seems to be working so far. Fingers crossed.

I have my Pc filled with random stuff, it's over full, but I dont reinstall cuz u never know what happens xD
