I would change some things but It's ok at least for samp 
I'm saving money for a gaming PC, I almost have it hah. 2 graphic cards, min. 16GB RAM, about 4.2 GHz and I'll install Liquid Cooling system.
lol nice but do you really need 16 GB of RAM? I'm having 8 GB for 2 years and it's seems enought
It's always better to plan ahead of time. You don't know what kind of games are coming and how much RAM they may need, in probably 2 or 3 years everyone may need to upgrade their RAM while you keep it as it is.
I remember last year when 4GB of RAM was A LOT. Now my 4 GB is the minimum for running my games on highest settings.
